The blood oranges come from our friends at Olsen Organics, who grow them on their organic farm in the foothills of the southern Sierra Nevada mountains. They have a beautiful orange/raspberry flavor Add some Meyer lemons to the mix and you have a perfectly sweet and tart combination with amazing color!
Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!
