Delicata Honeyboat have the same striped fruit characteristics as Delicata, but differ in having a tan instead of cream background color. This gold-orange, green-striped delicata squash variety has a sweet, nutty flavor. A larger seed cavity makes this squash ideal for stuffing and making delicata “boats.” Many claim that this refined Delicata is the “sweetest squash in existence”.
