DescriptionThe quintessential Southern nut butter, our Peanut Pecan Butter was the first Big Spoon recipe developed by our co-founder, Mark. It instantly transported him to the moment, as a Peace Corps volunteer in Zimbabwe, that he learned to make peanut butter by hand.
The Peanut Pecan Butter combines the rich, buttery sweetness of roasted pecans with peanuts slow-roasted to a deep amber. The hints of Jacobsen sea salt and raw wildflower honey round out a flavor that our original farmers market customers often called “addictive.”
