Description

Pumpkin seed oil is extracted from the seeds of the so-called oil pumpkin, the only type of pumpkin whose seeds do not have hard skins. In Styrian pumpkin seed oil, pumpkin seeds are roasted before oil extraction.

This gives the oil a strong aromatic taste. It is particularly suitable for cold cooking, but also refines soups, sauces and vegetables.
