Description
Our walnut oil is squeezed out of peeled untreated walnuts. It tastes good, hardly surprising, nutty and slightly scratchy on the finish. It contains many vitamins and has a very balanced fatty acid profile.Due to its high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, it should not be heated too high (up to 120 degrees). Walnut oil is an excellent salad oil.
