DescriptionThis oil is made from sunflowers grown in French fields. The seed is cold pressed at very low speed, so that the oil retains all its nutritional qualities and the best aromas. It takes an average of 4 kg of Sunflower to produce one liter of oil and a press produces 3 liters per hour.
The oil will remain in tanks for 6 weeks prior being bottled without being filtered. The sandstone bottles and their wax-sealed caps guarantee perfect preservation of this oil.
When bottling the oil, organic Espelette chilli powder is added. For 3 months, the bottles are shaken every week so that the Espelette chilli spreads.
