The beautiful sunset orange color of this shrub comes from the perfectly balanced mixture of blood oranges, tangerines, and Meyer lemons. The tangerines we use are Gold Nugget variety bringing a very sweet and flavorful balance to the mix. Meanwhile, blood orange and Meyer lemon round out the traditional citrus flavors making this shrub the perfect addition to any summer salad or drink.Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!
