Superb organic black pepper from Tellicherry (Thalassery) from the Wayanad district of Kerala in south-west India on the heights of Kalpetta at more than 1000m above sea level. A beautiful, fruity and intense black pepper with very light citrus notes and a surprising length in the mouth.
